AISECT engaged Kamtech Associates Pvt. Ltd. to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for establishing a Kodo and Kutki Millet Bakery Products Manufacturing Unit at Bhopal. The project focuses on developing a modern food processing facility for manufacturing nutritious bakery products using Kodo and Kutki millets as primary raw materials. The proposed product range includes bread, biscuits, cakes, cookies, muffins, and other bakery products that serve as healthy and gluten-free alternatives to conventional wheat-based products. The consultancy assignment covered process planning, plant layout, production workflow, machinery selection, raw material sourcing, utility planning, quality assurance systems, cost estimation, financial feasibility, and implementation strategy. The project was designed to meet the growing demand for healthy, millet-based food products while supporting sustainable agriculture, nutritional security, and government initiatives promoting millet consumption across India.
